Thoughts on Spain

• Signs and times are approximations at best. At worst, whatever you are waiting for will never happen.
• A lot of people smoke. Everywhere. 
• They do not use hand or face cloths.
• Sandwiches made with ham and cheese are everywhere.
• Everyone drinks cafe con leche.
• It’s common to see everyone randomly carrying around baguettes.
• People apologize for not speaking better English, instead of expecting me to speak Spanish.
• Wine is cheaper than soft drinks and everyone drinks it, even people working on their breaks.
• Vending machines have wine, beer and cigarettes.
